When the BBQ community cooks for the local community
In July the 45 team cooked for the local community social supermarket. A tonne of local kids turned up (with their parents) after an afternoon litter picking and Nathan one of the co-founders cooked for about 4 hours on a Big Red 45 Gallon Drum BBQ. The feeling was great and he got a bit choked when one of the kids asked if we could come back again because ‘it was the best food ever’. The feeling of community was awesome and we have agreed to make it a regular thing encouraging our next generation of BBQers!
